Neeraj serves as the Managing Director of Felix Generics Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Felix Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd, Ireland, established in 2015 with headquarters in Ireland. The company specialises in developing niche animal health generic products for regulated markets such as the USA, Europe, and Japan, supported by prominent investors from the USA and UK. Felix focuses on bioequivalent generic products, including oral and injectable formats, with a particular emphasis on companion animals and innovation. 

Prior to his role at Felix, Neeraj led the global generic business at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. from 2004 to 2014, joining in 2003 to spearhead Strategy and Business Development. Neeraj holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. 

With over five years of management and strategic consulting experience at firms like McKinsey & Co and Booz Allen & Hamilton, Neeraj possesses expertise in business strategy, branding, supply chain, and operations transformation, having advised numerous companies in these domains. Notably, in 2014, he was recognized as one of India’s Top 40 CEOs under 40 by The Economic Times and Spencer Stuart study.
